Māori and Pasifika peoples are being left behind in the workplace. The lingering impacts of colonization and misalignment of values cause inequity. It is not that we are not capable, we just aren’t understood in the western frame.
An indigenous lens is used to process the world in the way we understand it to be. It frames our perspectives and connection to our spaces, places, and people. At Futures for Indigenous we take our executive coaching practices and apply the indigenous lens providing that platform for Māori and Pasifika peoples to address imbalances, overcome inequities and thrive in the modern business environment.
