Our coaches are culturally intelligent. Our coaching practice focuses on a collaborative, process where the individual designs the focus and outcomes. Together we develop participant self awareness and accountability, with a future focused narrative. Putting it simply, we work on the 80% below the surface, influencing behaviour and delivering results.
We offer a range of services, each designed to allow our people to walk Te Ara o Te Mārama, the pathway to clarity.
One on One Coaching:
Poutama - 3 hours of 1:1 coaching
To be used however you need
Hīkoi - 5 hours of 1:1 coaching
Sessions can be as little or often as needed
Ara Pūkaka - 11 sessions of coaching over 13 weeks
This is an accelerated service, to reach those goals quicker!
Group Coaching:
Whawhau - For groups of 4-6. 5 sessions over 10 weeks.
Workshops:
Level Up - A 1 day facilitated workshop exploring Māori and Cook Island frameworks to help kaimahi Level Up!
Using 3 hours of coaching we collaborate closely with each person, serving as their accountability partner to guide them through change. Together, we identify their goals for the upcoming period and establish concrete steps that can be taken between sessions to achieve them.
3 hours of 1:1 coaching
Sessions can be as little or often as needed
Over 6 months we partner with each individual and become their accountability partner, this means stretching them to think about what is important to them to achieve over this period, and then forming tangible actions that they are able to action during the 4 week period between sessions.
The overall outcome will look like confident, empowered, accountable kaimahi ready to take on their next challenge whatever that might look like.
5 hours of 1:1 coaching
Sessions can be as little or often as needed
Min 1 hour per week Coachee tasks
(total 26hrs self directed action)
When time is of the essence the Ara Pūkaka, accelerated 13 week, programme will give individuals the mindset and tools to achieve results in a minimal amount of time. We will be keeping them accountable, forming tangible actions and celebrating quick wins each week.
The overall outcome will look like driven, confident and engaged kaimahi.
Eleven 1:1 sessions over thirteen weeks
Min 2 hours per week Coachee tasks
(total 26hrs self directed action)
Māori and Pacific peoples thrive in a collective. That's why we bring them together every 2 weeks for 10 weeks. We provide an opportunity to have individuals work collaboratively, focusing on building their own success stories, taking action, and having accountability.
Groups of 4 - 6 participants
Five 90min group sessions over 10 weeks.
Min 2 hours per week Coachee tasks & 30 mins of peer work
(total 20hrs self-directed action & at least 5hrs peer work with an accountability partner from within the group)
During this one day workshop we will explore concepts of well-being and goal setting. Similar to health, well-being is a vital resource influenced by social, economic and environmental factors. Using frameworks developed in Aotearoa and the Cook Islands, participants will lay a solid foundation for well-being.
Throughout the workshop, we will equip participants with practical tools and resources to enhance their quality of life and achieve better well-being outcomes.
